We work on the challenge every day. It's hard to say that this day is the best day or this day is the worst day of my life. But today I accomplish my work according the limited time, it help me know that happy is not the wine to be saved in a jar, we must enjoy every day we have. Today I learn the brad knowledge from sina net. the brand expert call Li Guangdou share the brand view that the temple culure is good standards for corporation's culture development. The essential factor for brand long development is belief. Just we say goals and high goals,or long term planning.

The Advertising industry is the preliminary development. I stuy english from four A advertising corporation, like Ogivly&Mather, Leoburnett, JWT, Interbrand, Dentsu. they teach me how to appreciate the Advertise Works. it offers the platform and guides the opinion. I
learn advertiser , the way of works, advertising corportion from this platform. I recognize the famous genius at the advertising industry.

早晨设计有一篇文章,掩饰其发展滞后的本质,说其要求的设计师标准与常规准不同,到目前还保持四十到五十人的规模。今天和邢总聊天的时候,说到这个现象,品牌发展属于未成熟体系,很多论调一般在自圆其说听发展过程,品牌也不像成熟的行业,有一个硬性标准,像国际知名的Interbrand经过认证的品牌评价体系,在中国也不一定行得通。最近通过几个品牌策划项目的运作,积累了一些经验,也有一些新的想法,品牌见仁见智,适合客户目前的发展阶段的品牌操作手法是最好的,量身定制地帮助甲方解决问题,从理念到设计到落地执行,成为客户有价值的合作伙伴。
今天和一家扬州旅游项目开发的投资公司洽谈品牌合作事宜,从理念到命名前期策略到标志VI的视觉表现层面,客户正在拟清项目进展的思绪,我们有作用之一是帮助客户拟清这样的思绪,比较专业性地解决方案。去的时候,一位东道设计的客户经理正在和客户介绍公司的案例及东道的优势,说到西藏航空的案例和东道名称的由来,想想三年前的自己,也是如此激情,有马上让客户签单的想法。和联想控股项目合作部洽谈的时候,当时也主要说到了标志注册,尤其是品牌名与公司名称法律保护的问题。回来的时候,在呼家楼附近,看到央视新址的大楼配楼外立面已经装修完成,气势比得上主楼,荷兰大都会建筑设计的裤叉重心不稳,不符合中国人的方圆稳重的传统观念,也许这就是创新。在楼底下,碰到之前高塔的新疆同事,简单聊了几句,回来的时候,我们在QQ上说,世界真小,在北京还是第一次和朋友在路上偶遇,我说,我也是,这世界真小。
今天去北京有名的世贸天阶,在尚都北塔附近,做为一个品牌营销由头,世贸天阶带动周边的地产品牌,品牌消费。世贸天阶标志区域有一句口号:全北京向上看。三星在世贸天阶底下设了一个专卖店,苹果Ispace在附近也设了一个专卖店,两家的竞争在店员之间的聊天内容中可以体会到。附近有一个休闲群区,其中一个大勺子花盆点缀整个广场。想到CBD的都市商业氛围,对比使馆区的宁静、清新空气、秋叶红、湖水倒映绿景,一方水土养育一方人,心里深有体会。
今天学习Interbrand关于2012品牌百强榜中的几个不太熟悉的品牌。目前学习品牌主要集中在三个方向,一是品牌公司,二是品牌作业公司,三是他们的合作项目。前一百强的品牌,有近三分之一不是非常熟悉,知道IBM是奥美的客户,每一个地区的上榜品牌,一般都是这个国家最成功的品牌运作公司在服务。像西班牙桑坦德银行(santander)、雅芳(Avon)、蒂芙尼球宝(tiffand)连续几年在品牌榜上的公司,今天刚刚接触到,雅芳的董事长华人女强人钟彬娴的成功给我动力向前进取。今后的品牌发展方向会根据这些品牌的运作经验完善目前的品牌运作流程,直到形成完善的羊皮卷品牌体系,解决一般品牌公司解决不了的客户问题。
说到品牌公司的企业领导人,很少有精力去写几万字的经验分享,一般是策划部的人代笔。中国百强品牌,如联想的公关部PR负责人负责这一块。勒戴强与刘小康,及勒与刘深圳的高少康总经理,这些人的文章倒是比较贴切他们的风格,浅浅了解一些。一般从事品牌的人不会分享品牌项目的运作经验,从项目保密,对客户保密,商业竞争方面考虑,最重要的,很少有人把品牌和生活当成一件事情,即使有,有这样的品牌从业者,可能由于写作能力的不足,或是动力不足,没能完成这个分享的过程。从这一点看,我非常适合做品牌,但品牌只是我事业的一部分,这一点在十五亿元的人生目标里,已经给了他明确的位置,即是这样,全力以赴赚上第一桶金,把品牌事业当成终生事业,还是目前渴求的一种生活状态。
